Associate Attorney New York, NY (Onsite) We are working with a top-tier boutique litigation firm in New York to identify an Associate Attorney to join its team.This opportunity is well-suited for an attorney coming off a federal clerkship who is seeking substantive responsibility and direct partner exposure across complex litigation matters.Position Overview: The Associate will work closely with partners on high-stakes criminal, regulatory, and civil litigation, as well as appellate matters. The role offers early involvement in sophisticated cases and meaningful responsibility from the outset.Key Responsibilities:Draft substantive motions, including motions to dismiss and other dispositive filingsConduct complex legal research and contribute to case strategySupport all phases of discovery, including drafting requests and managing productionsAssist with deposition preparation and witness examinationsPrepare briefs, memoranda, and client communicationsParticipate in hearings, trials, and appellate proceedingsQualifications:1–3 years of litigation experience (clerkship experience counted)Federal judicial clerkship requiredJ.D. from a top-tier law school (T25 strongly preferred)Top academic performance (Top 10% preferred)Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsAdmission to the New York Bar or eligibility for prompt admissionCompensation & Benefits:$230,000-250,000 base salary plus discretionary bonusMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) eligibility
