The company's portfolio now includes automation control, motion control, vibration control and safety products.Warehouse Supervisor takes full ownership of warehouse organization, inventory control, and daily operations. This role is responsible for ensuring a well-structured, clean, and efficient warehouse while maintaining high inventory accuracy and system integrity in QAD. The ideal candidate is highly organized, disciplined, and focused on process execution and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for warehouse organization, layout, and material flowEnsure all materials are properly identified, stored, and easily accessibleMaintain high inventory accuracy through strict control processes and cycle countsEnsure all transactions are accurately executed in QAD (receipts, moves, issues, shipments)Lead and enforce warehouse standards, including 5S and visual managementSupervise daily activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingMonitor and drive performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, space utilization, and order fulfillmentIdentify and eliminate inefficiencies in warehouse processesTrain and develop team members on procedures, discipline, and system usageCoordinate with planning, purchasing, and production to avoid material shortagesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesQualificationsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred3–5 years of warehouse experience with strong focus on organization and controlMinimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead roleExperience with ERP systems; QAD experience strongly preferredSolid understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practicesSkillsStrong organizational and warehouse layout management skillsHigh attention to detail and discipline in executionLeadership and team accountabilityProblem-solving and process improvement mindsetEffective communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience implementing 5S or Lean practicesExperience in manufacturing or automotive environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
