Lead Test & Launch Operations Engineer - Vehicle

Overview As Lead Test & Launch Operations Engineer, you will oversee end-to-end testing, launch, and mission operations for Electron and Neutron vehicles. You will manage cross-disciplinary teams, shape operational concepts, and drive readiness for higher launch cadence. You’ll lead critical readiness reviews, training, and incident analysis to optimize reliability.
