In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between our clients and their health coverage, ensuring applications are processed smoothly and accurately. salary: $19 - $20 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Evaluated and processed complex healthcare and insurance applications in accordance with compliance standards. Audited applicant documentation to guarantee 100% data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence. Maintained internal databases by executing precise data entry, record updates, and system maintenance. Upheld strict HIPAA guidelines and privacy standards while managing sensitive, confidential client records. Advised applicants on program eligibility criteria, guiding them step-by-step through the application pipeline. Resolved client inquiries promptly, delivering clear assistance on form completion and program navigation.
