Job descriptionOur client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of their Miami office. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a hands-on, multi-functional role that plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency across Finance, HR, and Administrative functions.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, can wear many hats, and thrives in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking, and liaise with banking partnersSupport recruitment processes, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee-related mattersOversee office lease agreements, vendor relationships, and compliance with labor laws, insurance policies, permits, and company operationsEnsure office security systems and overall administrative operations run smoothlySupport sales and service teams with contracts, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and paymentsJob requirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field6+ years of experience in office management or administrative rolesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with office tools and systemsDetail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindsetNice to HaveSpanish language proficiencyExperience working in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with U.S. labor laws and administrative practicesExperience with ERP systems
