Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Provides leadership demonstrating the ability to influence, motivate, manage, train, counsel and develop staff to work toward their highest level of function, in accordance with job descriptions and competencies. Delegates staff effectively; demonstrating the ability to plan, organize, direct, control, monitor and evaluate services, while using the available resources appropriatelyDaily monitoring of charge capture patient encounters, co-payment collections, accounts receivable, denials, cash collections and credit/refunds. Develops reporting mechanisms to provide accurate updates to clinic/site Management Team on process improvements regarding revenue related activitiesWorks closely with Director to ensure sound fiscal and business performance within clinic/site, and implements any necessary changes/modifications as directed by DirectorManaging staff schedules, including physician, on a daily basis to ensure optimum scheduling and coverage of Clinic services. This includes monitoring staff and physician requests for time off to ensure proper coverage at all timesEnsures staff and leadership training and development programs are implemented, monitored and enforced in compliance with organizational initiatives and regulatory requirements. Develops opportunities for personal and professional goal achievement for self and assigned staffWorks closely as part of clinic/site Management Team to align processes and clinic outcomes with The Group strategic planPerforms other duties as assignedCompetencies:Patient Relations: Meets patient and patient family needs; takes responsibility for a patient's safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes; uses appropriate interpersonal techniques to resolve difficult patient situations and regain patient confidenceDeveloping Others: Plans and supports the development of individuals' skills and abilities so that they can fulfill current or future job/role responsibilities more effectivelyLeadership Disposition: Demonstrates the traits, inclinations, and dispositions that characterize successful leaders; exhibits behavior styles that meet the demands of the leader rolePlanning and Organizing: Establishes courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficientlyYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:2+ years of related experience; one year of which being in a supervisory capacityProven knowledge of professional billing and various healthcare requirements including, but not limited to, access, coding, billing, collections, practice management systems, payer relations, appeals, and authorization processDriver's License and access to reliable transportationPreferred Qualification:Managed Care experienceRelated experience in technical or specialty areasProven ability to communicate effectively; ability to analyze and interpret data; ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projectsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment.
