We are seeking a motivated and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Brookhaven, GA.We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction and oversee daily kitchen operations at Mirae. While our menu and brand identity are established, this role will play a key part in refining execution, improving systems, mentoring the team, and bringing a chef-driven perspective to our culinary program. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader who values creativity, precision, and collaboration, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience.Requirements:5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience (preferably in fine dining or high-volume upscale environments)Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a kitchen teamStrong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operationsExceptional palate and attention to presentation, flavor balance, and consistencyExperience developing or refining menus in collaboration with ownership/creative teamsCulinary degree or equivalent professional training preferredServSafe Manager certification requiredExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsIf this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
