Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Farmington, CT. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer insurance needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and closing sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, providing product recommendations, and staying informed about industry trends. In addition, Sales Consultants will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications Sales skills, including negotiation, prospecting, and closing dealsCustomer Service and Relationship Building skills to foster client trust and satisfactionEffective Communication and Presentation skills both verbal and writtenUnderstanding of Insurance Products and ability to tailor solutions to customer needsProficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plusPrior sales experience, especially in the insurance field, is highly preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentState Insurance Sales License (or willingness to obtain one)
