You will help ensure events, awards programs, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives are organized, on schedule, and aligned with Kidder Mathews brand standards.This position is based at our headquarters in downtown Seattle and will require full-time, in-office presence (five days per week) during the first three months to support onboarding and ramp-up. Following that period, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule.What You’ll OwnThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in structure and knows how to create it—someone who finds satisfaction in timelines, checklists, budgets, and organized systems that make events and marketing programs run flawlessly.Event Planning & ExecutionPlan and execute company and client events, including conferences, meetings, client functions, and sponsorship activationsSupport the full event lifecycle, including site selection, budgeting support, vendor coordination, catering, A/V, invitations, RSVP tracking, agendas, signage, and materialsProvide day-of event coordination and on-site logistical supportCoordinate event materials, including shipping, swag, signage, name tags, and promotional itemsAssist with hotel room blocks, contracts, and event budgets as neededAwards, Sponsorships & Recognition ProgramsPrepare and distribute awards materials (certificates, plaques, recognition items)Maintain awards and rankings tracking systemsDraft and submit award nominations in partnership with Marketing Communications leadershipSupport industry ranking surveys, awards submissions, and voting campaignsCoordinate logistics for company sponsorships (awards events, panel engagements, conferences), including table and ticket coordination, broker alignment, and collaboration with PR to maximize visibility and brand exposureMarketing & Promotional SupportCoordinate branded merchandise, apparel programs, promotional inventory, and new broker welcome packages across officesAssist with branded gifting initiatives and promotional campaignsProvide social media support, including posting, drafting content, and basic graphics as appropriateAssist with tracking press activity and media mentionsSupport preparation for press release distributionSupport online brand review monitoring and reportingEnsure Corporate Marketing and Kidder Mathews brand standards are followed across events, marketing, and communications deliverablesPerform other duties or projects as assignedEssential QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
