Family Law Paralegal

We are working with a Boutique Family Law firm, looking for a Paralegal to join their growing firm. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience.Requirements:3+ years of family law experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standardsResponsibilities:Calendaring deadlines and tasks and making sure deadlines are met and tasks are completed on timeDrafting pleadings, including Petitions, Motions, DRFAs, Child Support Worksheets, etc.Performing legal researchPreparing the client and the file for mediation, hearings, and trialsPreparing trial notebooks.Preparing and Responding to Discovery.The annual salary for this position is between 80k-120k.
