Our goal is to build a modern aviation company rooted in professionalism, integrity, and passion for the industry while supporting both our customers and our team with practical, customer-focused solutions.⸻Role DescriptionCook Aviation Services is seeking a full-time, on-site A&P Aircraft Mechanic based in Fargo, North Dakota.This role involves performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on a variety of general aviation aircraft while ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations and airworthiness standards. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting aircraft systems, completing maintenance documentation, assisting with operational readiness, and working closely with pilots and ownership to maintain a safe and efficient operation.We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well, and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.⸻Qualifications* Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification* Experience with aircraft inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance* Strong understanding of aircraft systems, powerplants, and FAA airworthiness requirements* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation* Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail* Experience with general aviation aircraft preferred* IA certification is a plus, but not required* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong communication and organizational skills* Commitment to safety, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship⸻Compensation$28–$35/hr depending on experience, qualifications, and level of independence.
