As our Program Planner you will support team members in the FBM Life Extension 2 Program.In This Role You Will Develop, statuses, and analyze Integrated MasterSchedules (IMS) in order to monitor progress, assessprogram status, and identify performance issues in atimely manner Ensure established program baseline controlprocesses are followed and oversee business rhythmsrequired to accomplish program control, analyses andforecasting objectives Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, andproblem resolution to mitigate delays/issues thatarise, communicate schedule impacts and proposecorrective actions to applicable program partners Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support ofEarned Value requirements and generate schedulemetrics and reports related to execution of theProgram Schedule presentations which may include ProgramManagement, Executive Management, or CustomerManagement Establish and conduct data and process qualityassessments of planning products and prepare forsurveillance reviews to ensure compliance withprogram performance management#LMSpaceProgramPlannersDesired Skills Proficiency with Earned Value Management Experience analyzing data Experience with Deltek Open Plan or similar program planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc) Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate with the CustomerTo promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin encourages big-picture thinking.
