You monitor guest activity, enforce pool rules, and assist with cabana service and cashiering functions. This role provides direct guest interaction and is essential in delivering a safe, welcoming, and service-oriented environment for all guests.Job DescriptionEssential Functions and ResponsibilitiesGreet guests, offer assistance, and provide pool-related information or instructionsMonitor guest activity to ensure adherence to pool rules and report any unsafe behaviorAssist with cabana operations and maintain cleanliness and presentation of cabana areasHandle cash banks throughout the shift; ensure accurate cash reconciliation and reportingProcess and verify all point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash and Infogenesis credit transactionsRetain and reconcile receipts; accurately log all transactions in the POS systemMaintain a clean and organized cashiering area, including restocking supplies (e.g., ribbons, comp paper, and Sundries)Ensure adequate operating supplies are available at all timesOversee towel distribution and work with EVS and other departments to maintain towel inventory and overall pool cleanlinessReport any safety or maintenance hazards to Pool Management or Lead LifeguardProvide courteous and efficient guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptlySupport a safe and positive environment by communicating effectively with team members and leadershipEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, , and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience in guest service and/or hospitality strongly preferredPrevious cash handling experience preferredBasic computer and POS system familiarity preferredRequirementsStrong verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively in both one-on-one and group settingsAbility to accurately add, subtract, multiply, divideAt least 16 years of ageAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNonePhysical RequirementsFrequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
