Member Strategy Associates are the bridge between disengaged members, mentors, and RDs — recovering missed opportunities, boosting show rates, and directly driving backend cash collected.Key Responsibilities:Drive bookings for:1st-time Midway Check-ins1st-time Closing Calls2nd-time Midway Check-ins2nd-time Closing CallsAccelerator+ and Gems Midway CallsAccelerator+ and Gems Closing CallsWinbacks (past members who lapsed)Boost event attendance: webinars, workshops, market updatesRebook no-shows and reschedules immediately to prevent lost momentumSupport mentors by helping them to book hand offs, and driving member engagementAid mentors in connecting and coordinating handoffs for Member Strategy DirectorsMaintain CRM hygiene: log calls, update deal stages, capture accurate notesProvide daily reporting and activity trackingUnderstand crypto, DeFi, and DM's programs, as well as the current market environment at any given timeBe entrepreneurial in nature — opportunistic, innovative, and self-driven.
