Property Maintenance Technician

Service Point Solution is a leading property maintenance company servicing one of the biggest property management companies in Utah. We have an exceptional reputation for service and expertise. We are seeking highly dedicated maintenance technicians to join our team. Our maintenance operations are based out of Draper UT, and service vehicles are dispatched from that location daily. No personal tools or vehicles are required, only reliable transportation to Draper. We service properties all along the Wasatch Front, so every day is unique! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Independent workers who can self-manage projects, maintain work orders, and provide great customer service skills are ideal. Responsibilities range from small drywall and painting jobs to minor plumbing. Daily duties may vary between general maintenance, unit turns, and inspections. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms We are looking to hire a full-time maintenance technician. Hours are typically between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with the possibility for overtime. Technicians are required to be on call which is generally one week every 4-5 weeks. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Clean driving record Two (2) years’ maintenance experience preferred Excellent verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook Email, Tablet operations, general software knowledge, as well as in office equipment. SKILLS Ability to problem solve and prioritize Time efficient Detail oriented General Maintenance knowledge- turn repairs, door hardware, replace microwaves, install blinds, replace faucets, repair/install cabinets, install bathroom/kitchen fans. Intermediate Plumbing knowledge- Troubleshooting leaks, clearing drains, replacing water heater elements, and replacing shower cartridges. Drywall/Painting knowledge- Drywall repairs, baseboard, painting (good ability to blend paint).
