Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Albuquerque, NM. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing budgets, procurement of materials, monitoring progress, conducting quality inspections, and handling project documentation. The role emphasizes leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projectsExperience with Expediting and Logistics Management in relation to construction materials and schedulesSkills in conducting Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standardsStrong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaborationProficiency in project management tools and software is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageousAbility to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively in a construction environment
