This role is ideal for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering, business systems analysis, SDLC methodologies, and technical documentation development.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user requirementsCollaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and support teamsGather and document functional and technical requirementsSupport software development lifecycle activities including testing and validationDevelop user guides, instructional documentation, and application reference materialsCreate screenshots and visual aids to support training and documentation effortsParticipate in system demos, walkthroughs, and enhancement discussionsIdentify opportunities for business process improvements and technology solutionsAssist with training material development and end-user support documentationRequired Qualifications8+ years of Business Analyst experienceStrong experience reviewing and evaluating business systems and user needsExperience with SDLC methodologies and software development environmentsExperience supporting testing activities including UAT and system testingStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments and priorities independentlyExperience collaborating with both business and IT teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience creating technical or instructional documentationExperience developing screenshots and visual job aidsStrong written communication and presentation skillsExperience translating technical concepts into user-friendly languageData analysis experiencePMP or project management experience is a plusAdditional InformationCandidates may be required to work outside normal business hours as neededBackground check and compliance documentation required prior to onboardingState agency experience is highly preferred
