Job Overview: Fun Factory Hawaii is seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their experience. We have full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available.. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at Fun Factory Provide information about our attractions and answer questions about Fun Factory Assist guests with purchases of tickets, tokens, and other products Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facility Some mechanical abilities or ability to learn basic troubleshooting of video arcade games Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Work nights, weekends and holidays Able to lift 25 pounds Veteran's and seniors welcome Benefits: We offer a competitive starting salary, health insurance, paid time off, and a fun and casual work environment.
