Final Assembler

*Position Overview* This role is responsible for final activities and assembly of products prior to shipment. This role assists production personnel with various tasks, ensuring production schedules are met and company quality and safety standards are maintained. This position is expected to uphold the Why and Culture Principles as established by the organization. *Key Responsibilities* · Performs and/or assists with final product activities such as hydro testing, sand blasting and coating · Performs final assembly activities related to preparation of units for shipping such as palletizing, packaging and other related activities · Building of specialized pallets for customer products · Load, unload and move materials, parts, and equipment within the shop as instructed · Adheres to all company health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors · Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned *Required Skills & Abilities* · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and ability to multitask · Communication/Interpersonal Skills · Organizational / Time Management Skills · Safety Minded · Strong work ethic and reliability · Willingness to learn *Qualifications* · Experience working in a manufacturing or shop environment *a plus* · Experience with hydro testing and/or sand blasting *a plus* · Familiarity with hand and power tools · Ability to observe and understand safety and security procedures along with proper use of equipment and materials · Ability to read and understand tape measures · Ability to become forklift certified · High school diploma or equivalent required · Ability to read, write and speak in the English language Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * AD&D insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Language: * English/Spanish a Plus (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Sunnyvale, TX 75182 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
