Handyman / Maintenance Worker

Part Time Handyman / Maintenance Worker Job #2026-0706 Intercomp is looking for an in-house maintenance worker. Day shift of 15-20 hours weekly. This position has some flexibility with hours. Hourly pay depends on experience and qualifications. Do you have strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, with a focus on safe and effective repairs? Do you like a variety of duties? Are you able to help with general facility upkeep to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations? This position focuses on performing preventative and corrective maintenance for facility systems. Including: plumbing, lighting, basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, doors, and trim replacement may be necessary. Troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing a repair in a timely manner is important. There will be some outside work on the building and property. Starting pay is $25 - $30 hourly.
