This position plays a vital role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for students and community members from our school and schools we host by ensuring smooth coordination of sporting events while maintaining a positive community culture.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise after school events, clubs, and activities for students.Provide on-site leadership and oversight during after school events to ensure safety and engagement.Coordinate away teams arrival, locker rooms, and competition locations.Coordinate officials arrival, locker rooms, competition locations, and payments.Coordinate event workers assignments and paymentsEnforce school policies and practices to maintain a safe and respectful environment.Resolve conflicts quickly and effectively, using de-escalation techniques and positive behavioral interventionsSupervise crowds ensuring a positive experience for all attending our after school events.Required Qualifications:Experience working with youth in a supervisory or program coordination capacity.Strong conflict resolution and crowd management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Must successfully pass an employee background check as required by Menahga Public Schools.Preferred Qualifications:Experience coordinating youth programs or events.Familiarity with school-based or community-based extracurricular programming.Website: www.menahga.k12.mn.usPosition open until filled.
