Achieve Community Alliance (formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas) is seeking a Chief Development Officer to help lead the next chapter of our organization's growth — one defined by bold strategy, strong relationships, and real impact across Arkansas for individuals with disabilities.THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a rare executive-level role for a fundraising professional who values mission and is passionate about changing lives. You'll join the executive leadership team, work directly with the CEO and the Board of Directors, and build a development operation that aligns with our vision to ensure a life without limits for children and adults with disabilities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Set and lead the organization's overall fundraising vision and annual plan• Manage a major gifts portfolio and drive six- and seven-figure donor relationships• Lead corporate sponsorship strategy and institutional funding priorities• Build and develop a high-performing development team• Partner with the CEO and Board to cultivate a strong culture of philanthropy• Shape Achieve's philanthropic messaging and case for supportIDEAL CANDIDATE• 8+ years of progressive fundraising experience with demonstrated major gifts success• Track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts or equivalent revenue growth• Experience leading teams and engaging executive leadership and boards• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and executive presence• Bachelor's degree required, preference for nonprofit management, business, or related fieldWHY ACHIEVEFounded in 1957, we've weathered decades of change as a provider of services for children and adults with disabilities.
