OSP Field Supervisor - Fiber Construction

Job Description We are hiring OSP Field Supervisors to oversee fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) construction projects.This is a field-based role , ideal for candidates ready to step out of daily labor and into supervision/quality oversight.What You'll Do:Oversee aerial and underground fiber constructionPerform field walkouts and quality checksMonitor contractor crews and ensure safety complianceInvestigate issues (utility strikes, build defects)Track work progress and budgetsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years in fiber / telecom construction OR inspectionBackground as:Foreman / Supervisor (crew leadership) OROSP Inspector / QC SpecialistExperience in:Underground (HDD / drilling) OR aerial fiberAbility to work fully in the fieldNice to Have:OSHA 10/30CDLBlueBeam / inspection toolsExperience with multiple crewsWhy Apply:Step up from field labor to leadershipStable full-time salary roleWork on major fiber expansion projects
