We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Support mission-critical defense acquisition programs by transforming complex data into actionable insights.• Advise clients on the meaning and impact of data analysis to influence decisions on critical weapon systems.• Provide expertise in acquisition, program management, and financial analysis, including task planning, allocations, and funding execution.• Develop and analyze funding trackers, monitor execution, expenditures, and expiring funds.• Track contract obligation status, funding profiles, and requirements, and establish plans for contract actions.• Contribute to effective analysis and management of action items and provide meeting support.What You'll Need• 4+ years of experience working with Department of Defense clients, such as NAVSEA or NAVWAR.• 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.• 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.• 1+ years of experience with data engineering in Databricks or Spark.• Experience with acquisition, program management, and financial analysis.• A Secret clearance is required.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($62,000 - $141,000) plus comprehensive benefits.• Opportunities to support impactful missions and drive large-scale business decisions through data.• Professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.• A collaborative environment that values your contributions and supports your well-being.Apply via Haystack today!
