Lender Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our growing team. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining loan performance, and evaluating loan applications to ensure compliance with company lending guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters professionally and ethically.Key responsibilities:Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and monitor payment activityContact customers regarding past due balances through phone, text, email and written comminicationNegotiate payment arrangements and assist customers in resolving delinquent accountsMaintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts and activityEnsure all collection activities comply with federal, state, and local lawsReview and evaluate loan applications for completeness and accuracyverify application information including income, residence, references, and other supporting documentationCommunicate with dealerships, customers, and staff regarding application status and required documentsMaintain accurate underwriting recordsQualifications:Previous experience in collections, auto finance, lending or customer service preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle difficult conversations professionally and confidentlyExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of lending practices and compliance regulations a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBilingual is a plusSchedule Requirements:Position requires flexibility to work some evenings and 2 Saturdays per month based on business needsWe can offer competitive pay, paid time off, health benefits, opportunities for advancement, and bonuses if you hit set goals.
