This role combines deep expertise in electronics, aerospace/space systems, and radiation-hardened (rad-hard) technologies with customer-facing engagement.You will drive business growth by developing technical solutions, supporting proposals, and ensuring our electronic components and subsystems align with evolving customer requirements in demanding environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales SupportServe as the primary technical interface for customers across pre-sales and post-sales activitiesDevelop and present technical solutions, proposals, and product configurationsLead and support customer meetings, design reviews, and technical discussionsIdentify customer requirements and position solutions in aerospace, space, and high-reliability electronics applicationsContribute to win strategies, capture planning, and pricing inputsBuild strong relationships with customer engineering, program, and procurement teams Technical Expertise & Product SupportAct as a subject matter expert in electronic components, subsystems, and rad-hard / radiation-tolerant technologiesTranslate customer requirements into optimized technical solutionsSupport applications involving power electronics, embedded systems, and space-qualified hardwareEvaluate competitive offerings and support differentiation strategiesTroubleshoot technical issues and address customer inquiries and objections New Product Development & StrategySupport new product development from concept through productionProvide voice-of-customer feedback to engineering and product managementIdentify emerging needs in space, aerospace, and advanced electronics marketsAssist in defining and validating next-generation product requirementsContribute to long-term product and technology roadmaps Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a liaison between customers, engineering, manufacturing, and business unitsCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teamsSupport internal and external technical training on products and applications Qualifications:QualificationsEducation: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field requiredExperience: 68+ years in:Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Technical SalesStrong background in electronics for aerospace, space, or defense applicationsExperience with radiation-hardened (rad-hard) or radiation-tolerant components and systemsFamiliarity with power architectures, electronic subsystems, and embedded computing (e.g., SBCs, flight processors)Experience supporting technical proposals and customer-facing sales efforts preferred Why is This a Great Opportunity:Very well-established company with many customers and a full suite of products.
