A global industrial manufacturer is adding an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to their team. The organization designs and produces advanced equipment for industrial and technical markets while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.Why Work Here?This is a hands-on, high-impact safety and compliance role where the EHS Specialist will have meaningful ownership of compliance initiatives, training programs, and incident management- with the opportunity to grow their scope of responsibility as they develop their expertise at the site level.ResponsibilitiesThe EHS Specialist will support compliance, training, and safety initiatives at assigned facilities:Maintain and update safety programsConduct safety inspections and follow up on corrective actionsManage hazardous waste labeling, storage, and documentationSupport regulatory reportingConduct incident investigations and track corrective actionsProvide safety guidance to supervisors and employeesCollaborate with corporate EHS and external partners on compliance initiativesTravel occasionally to secondary facilities for audits, training, or investigations (~Once per quarter)QualificationsAssociate or bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, occupational safety, or related field2–5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentComfortable working independently and influencing employees and supervisors without direct authorityIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply to this posting.
