This role follows a two‐weeks‐on / two‐weeks‐off schedule and requires travel to designated clinical sites.The Work Provide primary medical evaluations, including patient assessments and medical record reviewDevelop evidence‐based treatment and care plans for diverse rural populationsDeliver chronic disease management services and protocol‐based careOrder, interpret, and review diagnostic studies (labs, ECG, pulmonary function tests)Administer medications and vaccinesCollaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams across multiple rural clinicsProvide services via face‐to‐face and telehealth formats as neededComplete accurate, timely medical documentation in EMR systemsParticipate in required onboarding, orientation, and site‐specific credentialingTravel to clinical locations in ArizonaSchedule: Two weeks on duty (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm), followed by two weeks off. Housing and rental car available during on‐duty periods when travel home is not feasible.What You've Done Earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)Hold an active, clean, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensePossess DEA prescribing authority in the state of practiceGraduated from an ACEN‐ or CCNE‐accredited programBring 7+ years of experience as a Nurse PractitionerU.S. Citizen (required for federal contract work)Hold (or can obtain within 30 days) current BLS/CPR certificationAble to pass a NACLC background check (SF‐86) and complete VetPro credentialingMaintain a valid driver's license and clean backgroundDemonstrate strong clinical judgment, documentation accuracy, and independent decision‐makingProficient with EMR systems and Microsoft OfficePreferred: Arizona NP license, experience with PTSD/MST, and 5+ years of clinical practiceCompensation $1100/day (fixed daily rate)Two‐weeks‐on / two‐weeks‐off scheduleHousing and rental car provided during on‐duty periods when neededSubmit your resume if you meet all qualifications and are excited about joining a mission‐driven team supporting rural communities across Arizona.We look forward to connecting and shining our spotlight on you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
