With seven regional offices and more than 600 employees, SNN is recognized statewide for its leadership in disability inclusion, workforce development, and community impact.POSITION SUMMARYThe Director of Development will lead fundraising, donor engagement, foundation relations, and corporate sponsorship strategy for the organization. This role requires a highly relational and externally facing leader who is comfortable cultivating partnerships, representing the organization at high-level meetings and events, and helping drive organizational growth through strategic fundraising and community engagement.This role works closely with executive leadership and is supported by communications, social media, event production, and administrative teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCultivate and steward foundation, corporate, and donor relationshipsIdentify and secure new funding and sponsorship opportunitiesOversee grant strategy, submissions, reporting, and compliance timelinesDevelop donor materials, sponsorship proposals, and fundraising presentationsSupport fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiativesRepresent the organization at meetings, events, and community engagementsTrack fundraising activity, donor engagement, and development metricsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 5–7 years of nonprofit development or fundraising experienceProven track record securing grants, sponsorships, and donor supportStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong project management abilitiesExperience managing foundation and corporate partnerships preferredPREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience supporting or helping lead fundraising efforts totaling $2–4 million annually in prior rolesCorporate sponsorship and event fundraising experienceExperience working with executive leadership and boardsBackground in disability, workforce development, healthcare, education, or social impact sectors preferredCOMPENSATIONCompetitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.($100K–$120K)TO APPLYPlease submit resume and cover letter to: kransom@snnla.org
