Role OverviewThe Assembler is responsible for assembling generator sets and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools, following detailed work instructions, drawings, and schematics.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform basic assembly duties in various work areas, including final and sub-assembly, with cross-training across multiple stations.Maintain understanding of product specifications, principles, and processes, adapting to changes through continuous learning.Identify defective or damaged parts, faulty workmanship, and ensure quality standards are met.Adhere to safety, environmental, and company policies, promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.Assist with special projects and contribute to process enhancements.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED; ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.Basic mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and familiar with hand and power tools.Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively in English.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability to changing technology.This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, including health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
