Janitorial Day Porter - Full Time

Janitorial Day Porter – Full Time Day Porter position for a commercial janitorial service provider. Schedule: Monday through Friday Day shift, 8-hour per day (40 hours per week) In-person role Pay Range: $12.77 per hour Reports to: Area Manager Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in commercial and retail facilities Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces Follow all company policies and procedures for quality and safety Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements: Minimum 1 year of janitorial experience Ability to perform physical duties associated with commercial cleaning Ability to communicate in English and Spanish as required to perform job duties Basic computer skills preferred Authorization to work in the United States (employment eligibility will be verified upon hire) Strong communication skills Commercial and retail janitorial experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid sick leave (five (5) days annually) Work Location: In person Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: Total Quality is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
