What will I be doing:Leading frontier ML research across production AI systems (e.g. reasoning, long-context understanding, voice/agent workflows)Identifying model failure modes and driving architecture and training improvementsDesigning learning loops that turn real-world feedback into continuous model gainsImproving accuracy, latency, and cost through advanced optimization techniquesApplying cutting-edge research (RL, deep learning, LLMs) to real-world, high-stakes problemsWhat we’re looking for:5+ years in ML engineering or applied research with strong production impactDeep expertise in reinforcement learning and deep learningExperience taking models from research → productionStrong Python and deep learning framework experience (e.g. PyTorch)Proven ownership of end-to-end model improvementsBonus: publications, healthcare/regulated domain experienceWhat’s in it for me:Work on genuinely frontier AI problems in a real-world settingSalary of $200,000 - $300,000 dependent on experience plus strong equity upside in a scaling companyApply now for immediate consideration!
