Job Openings: 1 Experience: 9-12 Yrs Published On: Sep 11, 2024, 03:40 pm Job Description Java Full-stack developer Location – Chicago, IL (Onsite role from day 1st) Competencies: ReactJS, & Microservices Major Duties Design and develop software components based on screen design documents that fit within technical framework as outlined by technical architects Ensure code meets standards and tested appropriate to the platform A team player with an ability to own the design and code as per requirement given Communicate status (written and verbal) to project team and management Continuously looks for ways to improve the application’s stability, scalability, and user experience Addresses architecture security and owns the team’s approach to technical risks and mitigation Knowledge/Skills Agile Methodology Knowledge of user interface frameworks, Java, Spring Boot, Azure Cloud Knowledge of full software development lifecycle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A positive goal orientated attitude with a focus on delivery Required Skills: Agile Methodology Java/J2EE, Spring boot, Microservices and Web based development experience Must have experience in Spring MVC, JSON, JDBC, JPA/ORM framework Test Frameworkso JUnit — The de-facto standard for unit testing Java applications. o Spring Test & Spring Boot Test — Utilities and integration test support for Spring Boot applications o Postman and SoapUI o AssertJ — A fluent assertion library o Hamcrest — A library of matcher objects (also known as constraints or predicates) o Mockito — A Java mocking frameworko JSONassert — An assertion library for JSON o JsonPath — XPath for JSON Knowledge in Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) Experience in either Maven or Gradle Experience using at least some of the following technologies: Java8, J2EE, APIs, RESTful interfaces, SpringBoot, Microservices based architecture, MVC (Spring, Struts), Unix, JavaScript, Oracle PL/SQL, Secure Software Development, Static Analysis tools like Sonarcube, Checkmarx, etc., Kafka messaging, JMS – MQ/Solace, SOAP based Webservice Experience working on Agile methodology Familiar with DEVOPS process (CI/CD). Good understanding on cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) Good knowledge on Database concepts especially MS SQL (SQL and PL/SQL)Nice to have Hands-on working experience in developing User interfaces using UI frameworks such as React JS, Angular or any other Java script framework. Experience in public cloud deployments (Azure preferred) and Dockers Experience on Azure & PCF Financial Domain experience Good knowledge of Messaging and Event Driven Architecture.
