Duties: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems - Perform pipe threading and cutting to fit pipes in the appropriate locations - Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions - Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive measures - Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations - Assist with remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures and systems Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes - Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts. -Must be able to work as a team as well as independently.
