Required Skills: Valid Massachusetts medical license (MA licensure required) Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Boarded in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry) Proven experience in child and adolescent mental health assessment and treatment Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored to working with youth and families Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care Nice to Have Skills: Experience with CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training Knowledge of latest psychiatric treatment protocols for youth Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency Prior experience in inpatient or outpatient settings Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) Board certification in Psychiatry with specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in pediatric psychiatry Other Requirements: Must hold MA state medical license Completion of Child and Adolescent Boarded CPI training Availability to work in clinical settings as scheduled Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with excellent benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), robust referral bonus programs, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws.
