Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs; engineering, construction, and operations support; custodial and grounds maintenance services; environmental, safety, and occupational health support; food services; motorpool and logistics operations; and physical and technical security services.As the Utility Custodian, you're essential to daily operations and requires professionalism, discretion, and strict adherence to security protocols. The Utility Custodian performs routine and specialized custodial duties in sensitive spaces while complying with all safety, security, and confidentiality requirements.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Perform daily custodial services including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining offices, conference rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas within a secure facilityHandle waste disposal, recycling, and shredding in accordance with IC security and information protection proceduresSafely operate custodial equipment and use approved cleaning agents in compliance with environmental, health, and safety standardsRespond to scheduled and unscheduled cleaning requests, including spill response and special event supportMaintain custodial supply inventory and report shortages or equipment issuesFollow strict access control, badge, escort, and compartmentalization requirements at all timesImmediately report security concerns, safety hazards, or suspicious activity to appropriate personnelSupport emergency procedures and continuity-of-operations activities as directedMaintain professionalism and discretion when working around sensitive personnel, materials, and spacesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or equivalent.2 to 4 years of experience in the industry is preferred.Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail and reliability.SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret SCI W/ CI PolyIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLCwww.intrepidgs.comIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
