Service Now Developer - ItamService Now Developers needed to join growing team responsible for cloud platform integrations, implementations and operations support for a large government customer.IT/Systems OR ServiceNow Development Experience 2+Data Modeling Experience 1+Experience with ServiceNow ITAM 1+Strong Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Workflow)Experience with property management of Non IT Assets is a big plusExperience with ServiceNow ITBM 1+Competent working with Service Catalogs & Catalog ItemsCompetent with building custom workflows for catalog items with associated forms, tasks, approvals, and notifications.Working knowledge of ServiceNow out of the box table structures as well as creating unique tablesExperience working with Update Sets and migrating update sets through lifecycle environmentsSystem integration experience (SOAP, REST, Import Sets/Transform Maps, etc.)Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT serviceExperience with Service Catalog module and creating custom applications - Creating request forms, workflows, dashboards, and implementing security (including Access Control Lists)Required Skills : Must have experience with ITAM (Asset Management) and preferably experience managing NON IT assets such as Property, vehicles or anything else. Basic Qualification : Must have strong ITAM. Long term rolling contract. Background Check : Yes.
