The Roles Server As a Server at Asado Life you'll be at the heart of the guest experience — delivering elevated, attentive service in a setting that's as lively as it is refined. What You'll Do Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest Guide guests through our menu with confidence — food, cocktails, wine, and spirits Anticipate needs, handle requests gracefully, and ensure every visit is memorable Work fluidly as part of a team during high-volume service Uphold Asado Life's standards for hospitality, presentation, and professionalism What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of server experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant Genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences Strong food and beverage knowledge, or eagerness to learn ours inside and out Ability to bring energy and professionalism to every shift Excellent communication and teamwork skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Asado Life?
