Nurse Practitioner (Morrison, IL)

Seeking an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner for in-person care in the Chicagoland area, based in Morrison, IL. This part-time/full-time role offers a flexible schedule, Monday–Friday, with no nights or weekends, and involves working across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.Responsibilities include performing assessments, diagnosing and managing infectious diseases, prescribing treatments, coordinating care, and collaborating with physicians and care teams. The role emphasizes building relationships with residents and improving outcomes while maintaining at least 12 patient visits daily.Qualifications include an active Illinois NP license, a Master’s Degree in Nursing, and preferred experience in infectious disease, geriatrics, or long-term care settings. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid are advantageous.Compensation starts at $50/hour with performance-based monthly bonuses.
