Position SummaryWe are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Sleep Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide outpatient sleep care through telemedicine encounters. This is a no-call, patient-focused role with strong administrative and diagnostic support.Ideal for physicians who enjoy independent outpatient practice, care coordination, and a flexible schedule within a dynamic, fast-growing sleep platform.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients with the full spectrum of sleep disorders (OSA, insomnia, narcolepsy, parasomnias, RLS, circadian rhythm disorders, etc.)Interpret diagnostic sleep studies (PSG, MSLT, HSAT)Provide follow-up visits via telemedicine or in-clinic sessionsCollaborate closely with PAP/DME support teams for optimal therapy complianceCoordinate care with weight-loss, primary care, pulmonary, and behavioral health partnersDocument encounters in the EHR and maintain high-quality clinical standardsOversight of APPs (NP/PA)MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Sleep Medicine fellowshipBoard eligible or board certified in Sleep Medicine (ABMS)Active New York State medical license, or ability to obtainStrong interest in outpatient sleep medicine, telehealth, and chronic disease managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
