The position works closely with operations, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO and GMP standardsDrive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce defectsManage internal, external, and customer auditsOversee supplier quality standards and raw material complianceServe as the escalation point for customer quality concernsTrack and analyze quality metrics and operational dataLead and develop the quality teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Packaging Science, or related field7–10+ years of quality leadership experience5+ years in labels, shrink sleeves, or flexible packaging manufacturingStrong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, and FDA packaging regulationsExperience leading quality teams in manufacturing environmentsPreferred: Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO Lead Auditor certifications.
