California Licensed Community Health Worker

To support community health initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Community Health Worker Team Lead will supervise and manage a team of Promotores de Salud, ensure quality documentation, and coordinate program events while working remotely within Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, or San Francisco counties. Key responsibilities Oversee the performance and development of the Promotora de Salud team through regular evaluations and training Ensure timely and accurate documentation of team activities and implement quality assurance measures Coordinate community events and support administrative activities related to program changes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in social services 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting 2+ years of supervisory experience with frontline staff Experience working with Medicaid/Medicare and directly with patients Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
