Job Description Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Office Assistant role located in Mount Prospect, IL. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communication, operating common office equipment, and performing general clerical tasks. The role requires maintaining smooth office operations and delivering excellent support to both internal teams and customers.Responsibilities:Draft correspondences and other documentsPlan and schedule appointments and eventsGreet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsPerform all other office tasksScanning and filing records into a cloud databaseWriting and revising job ordersCorresponding with customers via phone and emailQualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsStrong Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skillsExperience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasksProficiency in handling and troubleshooting Office EquipmentDetail-oriented with organizational and time management skillsBasic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plusCompany Description F&S Engraving, Inc. has been operating under the same family management since 1922.
