A fun team environment What you will be doing at Peak Legacy Ranch: Convert leads into customers Drive sales through making connections, educating customers, and finding solutions Contribute to the enjoyable team environment by - working collaboratively while also taking initiative when necessary - coming to work with a great attitude - practicing productive communication - celebrating everyone’s wins - being flexible and coachable - staying calm under pressure Represent Peak Legacy Ranch values by following policies and procedures while providing an elevated experience for our customers. Assist in animal care and training as needed What you will bring to the job: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal, written, listening, and phone communication skills Reliable transportation and attendance Availability to work evening and weekends Performance-based sales experience preferred Pay Structure: Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee $16-$27+ per hour ($16 base/$27 in commission for motivated salespersons) Eligible for Commission pay after training – based on sales and performance metrics Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
