IT Program Manager

Title : IT Program Managerin the search for an experienced IT Program Manager to support a large-scale commercial technology portfolio.This role will lead delivery across multiple strategic initiatives focused on Trade Promotion Management (TPM), B2B platforms, Sales Incentive systems, and enterprise integration with SAP S/4HANA.***SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce experience is required.***This is a highly visible role responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery across complex, enterprise IT programs.Key Responsibilities Lead program delivery across commercial IT initiatives, including TPM, B2B, and Sales Incentive platformsDrive integration strategy and execution with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce ecosystemsManage multiple concurrent projects with shared dependencies and enterprise impactAlign business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors around timelines, scope, and delivery expectationsEstablish governance, reporting cadence, and risk management processesOversee roadmap planning, resource coordination, and budget trackingEnsure scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks across commercial systemsAct as a central escalation point and executive communication bridgeRequired Experience 8+ years of IT Program or Senior Project Management experience in enterprise environmentsProven success leading large commercial or go-to-market technology programsHands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA integrationsExperience delivering programs involving Salesforce platformsExposure to TPM, B2B commerce, or sales incentive systems strongly preferredStrong vendor and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate in fast-paced, multi-workstream environmentsExcellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
