Server/Bartender

Bartender Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and process payments accurately - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Upsell drink specials and promote menu items - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with cash handling and cashiering procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
