Job Specific Required Qualifications - Associate's degree and at least one (1) to three (3) years related work experience; OR Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative support experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience; Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Demonstrated concern for meeting internal and external customer needs; (co-workers, students, the general public); Team player willing to collaborate, take direction, and lead as necessary; Proficient keyboarding/computer skills; Ability to learn, understand and use database and enterprise software programs such as Banner, Argos and EMS; Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail; Customer service experience; Ability to multi-task; Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; Proficient with Google Workspace, MS software Word and Excel, and Adobe; Adept at scheduling multiple calendars; Ability to work with and within diverse groups. Job Duties
Percent of total time - 30
Duties - Perform administrative duties within the Office of the President and under the direction of the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations Administration including scheduling, phone, and email correspondence. Execute outreach from the Office of the President to the campus community. Facilitate travel arrangements. Prepare financial documents including Funds Requests, Purchase Orders, etc.

Duties - Provide administrative support for large-scale ceremonies and events planning and execution, including using room reservation system.
Percent of total time - 10
Duties - Maintain digital records and communication. Update and retrieve digital files and documents as needed. Safeguards the confidentiality of the University administration by exercising discretion in communicating information to faculty, staff, students, and the various publics served by the University and in handling administrative records, files, and similar confidential items.

Duties - Support the administrative work of the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations Administration. Utilize Microsoft Office 365 to create documents, generate reports, and draft correspondence. Manage Microsoft Teams and digital file sharing. Serve as a flex admin to assist various areas of campus as needed.

Duties - Serve as a point of contact within the Office of the President, greeting visitors, and scheduling recurring meetings with internal and external parties. Acting as a liaison and goodwill ambassador with other departments. Maintaining office equipment, supply inventory, and the Office of the President common areas, reporting incidents as needed to the physical plant and IT.
