Client Service Manager - Therapy

Job OverviewDuties and ResponsibilitiesProvide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects that directly affect each clientDevelop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as wellBecome the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationshipMaintain close relationships with the families of the patients by providing constant communication over the phone, as well as face-to-face contact.Accompany the Clinical Case Manager during re-certifications visits and hospital discharges, delivering necessary supplies to nurses, and occasionally providing small meals or coffee to the patient’s family to build rapport.Assists management by maintaining extensive knowledge of nurses' operations in the field.Communicates all information regarding expectations and scheduling to various families.Continuing to recruit new nurses who can provide skilled care and attention to an existing case.Performs other duties as assigned to effectuate business goalsSupports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time.Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred3+ years’ experience in customer service role1+ years’ experience in management position preferredProven ability to utilize the Salesforce contact platform requiredMust demonstrate ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication skills requiredAdditional Job Description InformationBenefits are available to eligible employees on the first of the month after 30 days of employment and include:Base Salary starting at $57,800Health, Dental & Vision CoverageHealth Savings Accounts (HSA-available if enrolled in a high deductible plan)Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA & LPFSA)Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts (DCRA)Employee Assistance Program (EAP-available if enrolled in Health plan)401(k) retirement planPaid Time Off (PTO)100% Company Paid Basic Life Insurance (if enrolled in Health plan)Voluntary Life InsuranceShort & Long-Term DisabilityCritical Illness/Accident InsuranceHospital Indemnity InsuranceIdentity Protection PlanLegal Care PlanPet Discount ProgramAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#IND123EEO StatementMGA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
