Network Engineering Manager

Overview As Senior Network Engineering Manager at TI, you will lead the Network Engineering team to shape and execute the enterprise and data center transformation strategy. You guide architecture, security, and high-availability network initiatives, collaborating with IT, security, and business stakeholders. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic influence to drive modernization and cloud integration. Key requirementsBachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in network engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership roleDeep expertise in data center networking technologies (spine-leaf, VXLAN, EVPN) and SDNStrong understanding of network security principles, segmentation, microsegmentation, and Zero TrustExperience with critical network systems such as DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox), load balancers (F5/Citrix), and network monitoring toolsCloud connectivity experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architecturesHands-on experience with Arista EOS, CloudVision, and automation frameworksFamiliarity with network automation/orchestration (Python, Ansible, Terraform) and SDN/virtualizationIndustry certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, Arista ACE or equivalentLeadership and people managementStrong communication and stakeholder influenceStrategic thinking and alignment with business goalsData center networking (spine-leaf, VXLAN, EVPN)Network security (segmentation, Zero Trust)SDN and network virtualization
