Emergency Medical Technician
*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medical Technician to join our team. REM Anesthesia provides sedation for dental restoration in a dental office setting.
*Responsibilities*
- Preoperative preparation
- Postoperative care
- Utilize physiology knowledge to assess and treat patients in emergency situations, assistance with airway
- Perform heavy lifting when transferring patients
- Maintain accurate patient care documentation
- Some days with be in an administrative office performing medical record review, documenting medical history, performing preoperative phone calls and postoperative phone calls
*Experience*
- Previous experience in emergency medicine or related field
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
- National and Kansas EMT licensure
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.18 - $22.16 per hour
